At 6C Bespoke, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in crafting custom lab-grown diamond jewelry and bespoke corporate gifts to your exact specifications.

Damage Reporting

If you receive a broken or damaged item, it must be reported immediately upon receipt of your package, within 5 business days of delivery. All materials and equipment are considered to be in good condition upon signature of delivery confirmation. We recommend inspecting items for any damage before signing off on their condition.

If you need to return a damaged item, please contact our customer service team for assistance with obtaining a replacement.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving the product. 6C Bespoke must receive the product back within 15 days of issuing the RMA. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging; returns without original packaging will be rejected.

The RMA number must be included on the packing list, and items being returned must be packaged and shipped in accordance with all applicable regulations. Note that all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are not eligible for return include:

Custom or special orders (items made to your specific specifications)
Items that have been modified or personalized
Items returned without original packaging
Items damaged due to customer misuse or neglect

Custom Diamond Orders

Since our bespoke diamond jewelry and corporate gifts are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind. We work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure complete satisfaction before manufacturing begins. Please review all design approvals carefully before confirming your custom order.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
