Purchases, Prices, and Payment

All prices are F.O.B. our warehouse. Published prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling and may change without notice. Full payment is required before shipment of custom diamond products. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers and major credit cards. Accounts with overdue payments may incur finance charges.

Custom Order Policy

Our bespoke diamond jewelry and corporate gifts are custom-made to your specifications. Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. We work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure your custom diamond piece meets your expectations.

Return Policy

Report broken or damaged items within 5 business days of delivery. Please inspect items before signing for them. To return an item, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving the product. Returns must be in original packaging and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Limited Product Warranty

Our warranty covers defects in material or workmanship with the replacement of the defective item as the sole remedy. We disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
